nilah karangan aku tuss:

Now, the fruit season has come, there are many fruit at anywhere mainly at pasar malam. My mak always brought some fruit until I was getting tired to eat them all huhu…. Actually, I’m not going to tell you about fruit or something like that but I just want to tell you about my form two English teacher, Sir Tarmizi. Sir Tarmizi is a fierce teacher, so as his face – always look fierce and serious, he also has a Chinese look maybe because of his grandmother is a Japanese. However, he has a precious smile and a kind heart. Since my class is a second class, the moderate student like me is assumed as a best student in the class, although my English mark never reach 80 above..kikiki..so pity… and because of that, I was being a favorite student to Sir Tarmizi..
Sir Tarmizi likes to give us present and certificate when we get impressive result in examination that he made informally. Some friends and I were always getting the present and the most preciously, the certificates that were sign by Sir Tarmizi and our school principal. If we were not finished our homework, sir Tarmizi will ‘rotan’ (punished) us, we were frightened with his rotan because when we were beaten with rotan, there will take two to three days to cure. He said, he made us like that because he wants us to remember him forever as an unforgettable teacher….because of his fierce attitude, I guess...
For me, sir Tarmizi is a really unforgettable teacher, not because of his fierce attitude, but because of his weird and unique personality. In addition, I sometimes felt that he was an irrational. I admit that he was a good English teacher, but he also told us something ridiculous. For example, he told us that alcohol is good for health, but just drink a little, not too much, then it will give us benefits particularly for our heart. We were confused. In our religion, drink even one drop of alcohol is assumed as a sin since alcohol is illegal in our religion. I am sure Sir Tarmizi knows that fact. Furthermore, he also told us that he prefer a free hair girl when he was younger. He said his girlfriend was an adorable lady with soft and fairy skin and unbelievable, she was a Chinese girl! One thing that was really unreasonable about him was he dislike Malay girl, and really like Chinese girl. When he was a teenager, sir Tarmizi always prayed to meet and marry with a Chinese muallaf girl.
Every day he prayed and fortunately he met a Chinese muallaf girl who is now being his wife. Although Sir Tarmizi was that kind of person, I respect him, he was a good teacher and we were not influence with his ridiculous attitude for sure. We just took the good things instead of bad things he told us. Furthermore, we were big enough to distinguish between bad and good anyway. Now, Sir Tarmizi was not teaching at my former school (SMK Bandar Chiku) anymore. He was already moves to Chinese school at somewhere but I don’t know where it is. To Sir Tarmizi, I want to thank you for your all good deeds. I wish to meet you one day…InsyaAllah..
